Logo Usage

To use the OJI:SDA’ Logo and Marks requires expressed written permission from OJI:SDA’.

Content

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content in any way without OJI:SDA’ written permission. (See below our social media content statement).

Images (including photos and films) require specific written permission from OJI:SDA’ and can be obtained by emailing connect@ojisda.org. Permissions may require additional legends to attribute the work to an author, photographer or others. All Materials are owned by OJI:SDA’ or licensed for OJI:SDA’ use.

Newsletter

When you submit information to this website via a web form, we collect the data requested in the web form in order to track and respond to your submissions. This information is stored with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, our Google email service provider and/or our mailing provider MailChimp so that they can provide website services to us.

As part of your newsletter subscription we may also send you requested informational emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. This information is stored with our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

We guarantee NO SPAM and an immediate removal from our mailing list upon request.

Donations

OJI:SDA’ will only collect personal data about you that is relevant to the type of transaction or project you have engaged in with us and we are thankful if that was a donation. Data such as your name, email or postal address, telephone or mobile number will be necessary both to execute these transactions as well as to enable us to contact you for further engagement. Bank account or credit card details will be necessary to process any donations. OJI:SDA’ uses a third-party payment processing agent (PayPay and Stripe), to process your payments via a secured socket layer connection to a secured server that verifies your credit card / bank information.

Social Media Content

We invite you to post content, interact and view our content on social media services and platforms, including your comments, pictures, and any other information that you would like to be available. This exposure helps us create a following for our vision and mission.

If you post your own content, your posting may become public. We have no control over how any social media service uses or discloses the personal information it collects about you.
